The firm celebrates a significant settlement against a bar and waterway in favor of the family of a man who died in the Morris Canal Basin. The settlement was reached on May 10, 2018. The bar was made to pay $1 million in the settlement while the 3 other defendants were made to split the remaining $750,000.
