Todd was raised in Elizabeth where he spent 25 years serving its citizens as a member of the Police Department. He was a highly decorated officer and recipient of the Union County 200 Club Valor Award and State PBA Valor Award. Todd retired in 2021 at the rank of Lieutenant. He resides in Somerset County with his wife and four children.
In 2021, Todd graduated Magna Cum Laude and received his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. While at Seton Hall, Todd was a member of the Law Review and received the Judge Lawrence A. and Virginia C. Whipple Memorial Scholarship. He was also a member of the Mock Trial Team and competed at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office Mock Trial Tournament.
Todd joined Stathis & Leonardis out of law school in 2021 and has become an integral pay of our litigation team. His practice is focused on representing those who have been injured as the result of other’s negligence. He takes a personal approach to each of his clients and is dedicated to obtaining the best possible result for each of them.
Todd’s background in Law Enforcement combined with his Law and litigation experience make him a great asset for our clients and our trial team.
Todd is a member of the N.J. State Bar Association and the Middlesex County Bar Association. He practices in both N.J. State and Federal Courts.
